When You Say You're Going to Call Someone, Do You?

I'm a man of my word.

It really depends who I'm saying it to, why I'm saying it, and if I care enough to actually write the number down.

Depends, if I say I'll ring a friend I will but if it's something else I procrastinate and chicken out
