Yeah, they lacked commitment

I was a full time smoker from 13 to 34
I went back to using it for pain later on
But a dirty UA cost me my pain meds again
2 yrs fighting to get my pain meds back
I can live without weed
and it was a very very expensive habit
I have spent as much on weed back in the day as other friends spent on coke
They got the cut stuff ,,I smoked only the best
I'm one of them. A quarter pound every two weeks with friends growing up. This was last year's harvest 30 different varieties. I NEVER smoked not one blunt. Why? I'm not in pain. And, I learned to be creative and relax naturally. I prefer being sober. A lot on my plate to deal with. I like who I am without it.

@TheCoolestCat how did it affect your mental health?
TheCoolestCat · 31-35, M
i developed schizophrenia..... not sure if it was the weed though, maybe it was going to happen anyway, maybe it just wouldnt have been as bad as it was if i hadnt of smoked it... but the doctors think it was the weed and maybe all the other drugs that brought it out... i didnt take other drugs regularly though just on the odd occasion

Sure. And plenty that didn't.

Just saw a group of 50-somethings leaving a dispensary 😂
Dozens. And dozens more who didn’t stop and a substantial few who never started.

@Justafantasy what made you stop?
