I like him but don't love him. I made that clear but he is not giving up. He said it in two weeks, who does that?! Now I am embarassed and don't know how to act

You already said it, so there is not much to think about, if you don't love him right now, then it's a fact and it will onoy change at that moment when you feel like it, and not in two weeks, because he said so.
