There was no one being cheated on, so, no. No promises were made. You can see whom you like. At one time, this was refereed to as dating. You can date more than one person.

I was on the receiving end of a similar situation although she told both of us about the other. So I wouldn't call it cheating; I was studying hundreds of miles away and for a long time we had lived for each other. So many extenuating circumstances I could never find it in my heart to blame her. It caused her and I a massive amount of heartbreak so I wouldn't recommend it.

Technically not cheating but maybe morally wrong.

Your in your early twenties I mean you should be exploring others and yourself.

I've been there and done that with women in my twenties and have no regrets.

Dishonest and disloyal to a degree, I would've not continued if I was either one of those guys.
