If you know about any of her interests, ask her about those! Ask her what music, movies, art, etc she likes. You could always give her a subtle compliment to start a conversation like "I like your smile" or "Your shoes are cool".

I like it kind of experimental and psychedelic, like space music. But also sometimes I like it really organic like some acoustic guitar or natural sounds
