I don't know why this bugs me so much

this guy i've been sleeping with hasn't really talked to me in a while which is the way he usually is, but he keeps liking his ex girlfriend's pictures on instagram and it just really bugs me. I don't know why or if I should be concerned with this.

Stop sleeping with him and you’ll probably find he will spend a week or two chasing after you and if you don’t put out he will move on and so will you. If you do sleep with him nothing will change.
