how do you force yourself to let go when you still have hope?

when you know your hope is false and unjustified.. when letting go is the right thing to do but you just can't

@estranged Ohhhhh. That's such a hard one. I think that sometimes you just have to focus on loving yourself for a while. I know that is not easy though.
