There’s no contest. She must get her scholarship, then you can ease into working on the other after she’s got it, but I’d keep that to myself. Besides...that scholarship will boost her confidence and spirits and she needs that right now. Whatever you do, don’t complain about the decision. This is a big deal and occasion to her. Good memories are crucial. I’m proud of her. Congratulations to her, and you, for your support and her great accomplishment!
