Could you love someone and still cheat on them?

Does anyone get the sense that the ones who said "no" have been cheated on and the ones who said "yes" have cheated?

@rhouse ive never physically cheated on my hubby in almost 30 years together. But.. i had an emotional affair. In many ways....worse than a quick fling...but the person i got involved with just got into my head in ways that never happened with my husband....and never will....
Im not proud of what i did and the hurt it caused both my husband and myself.

I can say the same thing about myself. I cheated and I loved my wife and still do after 30+ years. @RubySoo

@rhouse I would agree with that.

I abhor cheating, consider it selfish and dishonest. If you have unmet needs, discuss it and get some agreement about it, or a divorce and be free.

I bet you know which side I was on. ;-)
