Does he not like me?

We have been texting non stop for 5 days. We hung out Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday we kissed and held hands. He never really said he liked me. Honestly I feel like he is playing me. But a while ago he said "I think you like me. Am I right?" And I said "Maybe" and he replied with "aww Im glad you do". Its kinda seems like saying "im flattered" or "thanks but no thanks".
