Girl broke up with her ex about 2 months ago... you start a relationship with her... few weeks later she discovers she is pregnant with her ex's child and she tells you about it.

I'd let her go.
She'd need the space to figure out her next move, my presence would complicate that. She should with her ex handle their situation. They deserve a chance at making a family.
