How can I not be clingy?

I practically stalk my boyfriend and make up scenarios in my head, convincing myself that he hates me and that he found a better girlfriend 😭

Gain self confidence by working on your own life, pursuits and interests. Stop putting so much pressure on him, that’s what drives people away.
