Do you have a buddy on sw?

In case you don't, does it bother you to see swers display their friendships on public posts?

I'm friendly with a lot of people here. Not to the point where we share other social media and talk in PMs but we've sussed each other out through our interactions enough to be chill.

I have a buddy and quite a few people I'm friendly with on posts. I don't think that bothers anyone, for the most part everyone here is nice to each other unless given a reason not to be.

@SapphicHeart anywhere you go there'll be reasons for you not to feel good enough. It's not a matter of jealousy or being a hater, it's a matter of feeling inadequate.

It might not be the case now, but I'm sure you've already felt inadequate at least once in your life. That's what I'm talking about

I wasn't suggesting that those feeling inadequate would feel jealousy or hatred as a necessity. Merely that you will meet those around in communities as this one.

There are a few people I consider friends. I don’t like some of the “popularity contest” questions (“who are your favorites here”,etc.) I don’t want to risk leaving anyone out, especially since I’ve gotten my feelings hurt when someone I thought was close forgot [b]me[/b]. Once it happens, there you are. I know they say, “don’t take anyone here too seriously”—but sometimes you do. 🤔

Making friends isn’t easy. I don’t get jealous of other people’s friendships. Seeing other people being friends makes me more hopeful of making my own friendships
