What's the longest time you've had a crush on someone?

Hmmm, well there was a daughter of my gifted class’s teacher whom I developed a crush on the summer between my seventh grade and eighth grade years, and I was still really nervous, like I think my legs even shook lol, when I encountered her in a local bakery shortly after we had both graduated from college. I’m 30 now, and I’d still love to date her today; however, she hasn’t replied to any of the messages I’ve sent her on Facebook. I suspect that she’s always known and is somewhat flattered but doesn’t return my feelings. I’ve had several other crushes too since I met her.
