Thinking about leaving a positive pregnancy test out for my partner to find to kind of tell him without telling him... opinions?

I would say just tell him. Leaving a pregnancy test out may backfire.

@SW-User yes he’s the dad, yes we’ve discussed this. We’ve been together for 6 years.
