How many women still prefer to be "courted"?
Well heres the thing Im 35 and have been told Im an old soul. It seems this is a lost art, or value so to speak.

@Joecas46 That one's obvious. If you are drunk, you are effectively less uptight because the frontal component in your brain which is used for judgment is impaired by the alcohol. Consequently, you skip rational decisions and you have more of a 'go for it' attitude.
Conclusively, women like relaxed guys that go for what they want. Most guys in sober state are uptight and overly neurotic, which is precisely what women don't like.
Like this girl says in the teenage love movie 'The first time' (this is the full movie but look at 7 minutes 24 seconds in the timeline):

@Existentior I think it’s too much of a generalisation because the people I was referring to are not really “uptight”, they drink because they like to, not to impress girls
