If no prenup speak to a Lawyer about a seperation agreement and have it detailed there who is responsible for paying xyz

@SW-User Luckily we don't own our home, but he's kind of a loser financially and I worry about him being able to keep his head above the water.

@someonetorelateto If you're ending the marriage I would expect that to be the least of your worries as its likely to get nasty in the short term.
