I feel like everyone my age is just super into hook up culture...

And thats great and fun and all. But sometimes I just really want to be in an actual romantic relationship, and go on actual dates with someone.

And that's fine, you just have to find someone else that wants the same thing or is at least willing to try. Those people do exist. You just have to be upfront and let people know what your standards are.
