I have many things that I didn't even know about that I expected my fiancee to do
But those expectations are from 20 years of being treated...poorly by my family.
Like, we don't even know that we expect them to hurt us
and it hurts them that we do.

@SW-User Very true. I find things in there that I didn't even know I held onto. 😕 It's a progression though. I'm getting there. I hope you get there too 😊
