How do you ask a girl for her number to hangout sometime?

I'm socially awkward and so I have no idea how to do it. Also a little scared.

Fear is all in ur mind. Being socially awkward has nothing to do with anything it's about confidence. Being told no is hard to hear but it's just a word u hear everyday. Mom says no! U pout and get over it. Dad says no! Same thing pout and ur over it. Catch this girl on the fly and Just say "hey if u would like to hangout some time call me maybe we could see a Movie or something." and give her ur number. Now the ball is in her court. Then.let it go from there.
