You can delete any post you have made or any group you have joined. There's an icon that looks like a trashcan under your stories. Click that and then select permanently delete this post. As far as the group's, just unclick the check mark on the group. It will remove you. Removing these items does not change your status as an adult profile however. Once you have that reputation it never goes away.
