Should I delete this Youtuber that hooked up with me?

I @‘ed him on Twitter, then he private messaged me for my Snapchat. We were flirting a lot, then we eventually video chatted and did some nasty stuff on cam. It’s been a two days and he hasn’t been messaging me as much, but he views my snaps still. Last message I got from him was when he was super depressed and if he needed someone to talk to, he can talk to me, but I think it got a little to personal there. He said he was sorry and i asked him why, and he left me on read. As tempted as I am to message him back asking him what’s up, i’m really trying not to because it kinda sounds desperate. I unfollowed him and deleted my posts that I publicly posted off of Twitter and I see that he’s telling other girls they’re pretty. He’s the type really wants to hook up with some girls. He doesn’t really have a social life according to him, but he’s really handsome.

I’ve been posting on my Snapchat stories and I see him looking at them. I also see his snapscore going up, meaning he’s talking to other friends or girls.

Lol he’s not even my boyfriend. Should i remove him off of my social media? Help.
