Why do we find it so very difficult to say the things that matter the most?

Things that matter most to us are usually much personal to us.

There is usually emotion involved and maybe it can make someone fearful of what might happen when they say it.

Sometimes we are afraid the truth might hurt the other person .

FEAR! the mind killer.
you dont want your feelings spat on

Because I will be attacked.
