Yes once,
On a Saturday afternoon visit to my new girlfriend's house.
Her response,
"Okay." ([i]long pause[/i]) "We will get back to that later"
Then she turned back to reorganizing all of her kitchen cabinets.
So i patiently helped, handing her back all the stuff she'd pulled out of them.
The promised reward eventually followed.
