What do you think of a grown man dating a 16 to 16 1/2 yr old teenage girl?
The girl I talked to says at 16 1/2 age has a 21 year old woman's body.

@ProdigalSummer not an Alabama, or Mississippi, or Washington State, and a few others. I understand France has never had a statute until recently. And they just set the number at 15 for both boys and girls.

@ProdigalSummer I think this is really more about mental stability and emotional maturity in calendar age. TBH, I was one.
