You need to put yourself out there. Be friendly and flirt a little. Join a gym or sone other hobby/ interest groups and meet people. Love typically doesn't come looking for you. Im one of those people that doesn't attract much male attention either. Im actually pretty shy until i am comfortable in a situation.
I don't recommend online dating. I had horrific experiences with it. But it's an option.

I am curious, do you socialize very much? Probably the best way to find a quality boyfriend is to make friends with people with no real goal of romance. Romantic attraction often takes time to build. In my opinion, the best and most lasting relationships are those born out of a good friendship first.
