If someone likes you, it won't matter. Otherwise, it all depends on the person.

Do it for yourself, not for the girls... There will be girls who think it's gross, and there will be girls who think it's hot. I'm 20 years older than you I started to remove it in your age (in the late 90's), and all of my girlfriends loved the shaved look and feel... No one complained about it.
Doesn't phase me either way unless its really black and thick. My son shaves his legs and the girls dont seem to mind.. High maintenance though, so given yours dont look so thick I would leave it
