Does age REALLY matter

I just can't believe age is still a huge issue when it comes to relationships. The stares I get are so annoying I don't look like a teen so I don't understand... when I mention my fiancé being in his 50s and me having just turned 20 surprises so many people... can't believe it

Depends on the age, maturity and intentions I think.

There are 15 year olds that are exceptionally mature and 50 year olds that aren't. But there are predators out there also.

I'm short and pale, look young. So I've had people think I'm a young teen and hubby is some pedo. Not very often but once in a while and I have to laugh when I tell them I'm in my 30's.
