If your already skinny does eating healthy really matter?

I don't smoke, drink, use drugs. I try and exercise daily and if i cant i do squats or sit ups or any kind of exercise.

Yes, eating healthy always matters. At some point (usually sometime during the mid-30's), the metabolism usually slows down and we tend to put on weight more easily, and it gets harder to take it off. But even before that happens, we still need to eat healthy to stay healthy, so we won't get sick. I really do believe that this pays off in the long run, even if it doesn't seem important right now. Your body will thank you.
