If your already skinny does eating healthy really matter?

I don't smoke, drink, use drugs. I try and exercise daily and if i cant i do squats or sit ups or any kind of exercise.

Eating healthy always matters in my opinion, and weight loss shouldn't be the only thing that motivates oneself from taking care of their body
