Working on your insecurities in most cases jealousy forms from people being insecure.

@Stark That's the aim but, how to get there is the difficult part lol
@ZenKitzune I think realizing It is a major step of getting there. 🙂 I think it’s important to work on yourself and focusing more on you is another step. Just find out what are the roots of your insecurities and change them if you can and if you can’t its just something that you have to learn to love which I think is the most difficult part, but once you do you’ll find there will be no need to be jealous and that jealousy can turn into admiration or appreciation instead. Growing up I had a lot of insecurities, as I got older and began to work on my self esteem and confidence it wasn’t something that held me back any longer. Certain things that would typically make me jealous were just things I began to admire or things that just made me want to be more motivated. I just began to appreciate these things instead of seeing them as a threat.

@Stark Thanks. I have been working through a whole lot of stuff recently, this is just the next thing on my list ( a very long list!) and perhaps one of the things I have avoided the most. The roots of this one are deep and paved with a lot of things I'd rather forget..I know however, that I need to delve into them to dig them out.
@ZenKitzune 🤗 I wish you all the luck
