I think so, a man needs to be a man. Some guys like to sit back a little more than others but then you find women who end up taking the lead and making the man feel less than a man. And with those kind of men, you have to be careful not to walk all over him but, encourage him instead and boost his confidence.

I like a woman to be confident enough to state what she wants... And in certain situations TAKE what she wants.

But I'd not be comfortable if she was domineering all the time.

Edit - And in response to your poll... No, women cannot do anything men can, but nor can men do everything that women can. We have different strengths and weaknesses.
