Make sure she is interested first somehow.
Leave the cheesy pick up lines at home.
Say something like
"Hi, I was wondering if you'd like to hang out sometime" maybe go for a bite to eat or something?

Yes good idea..make sure she gives cues that she is interested and they talk to each other often. @butterfly1013
