Are you scared of relationships?

Every time I see a nice man but I couldn't fathom having a relationship with him. Ive never heard a man says I love you lets go exclusive! Never experienced a great relationship where the sun always shine and barely rained. Time and timing is everything. It really is.

You see the man or a lady you like and then you think can I have a relationship with this person ?

I have met numerous women who are unavailable; they are married, or in a committed relationship, so my feelings are meaningless.

Sorry to hear that. I keep getting emotionally unavailable men and abusive ones too. I need to finds out why I keep getting them! Do u know the reason why u gets married ones? @Byron8by7

They have been married or in a relationship long before I meet them. As for those who are not in a relationship, I have no way of knowing if they are seeking a partner. I am afraid of offending or repulsing them.

Be friends for a few weeks, always be yourself. If u feel she likes you, step forward and ask her for a date. Does that help? Before cage answer always always be prepared if she says no

Could you be more specific? I have almost never been able to tell what a woman is thinking or feeling about me, if anything. What is the best way to go about asking so that she won't be offended? I have always been afraid a woman will be repulsed if I ask her.
