Me and my girlfriend broke up last night it's not the first time I've been single but it's the first time I really feel sad

i mean there’s 3 options...
1. give yourself time to grieve over the relationship and get over her then move on and someone else will come along eventually
2. work on trying to get her back. fix things she may have said were wrong or ask her what you need to do for her to consider getting back together
3. be an absolute psychopath who constantly texts and calls her until she eventually gets some kind of restraining order on you
