I said I wouldn't kiss him because we planned on just hanging out as friends ..the result we didn't hangout because he decided to never get back to me and confirm to hangout. 🤔 i didn't think I was being unreasonable

Just go on and delete him because he is looking for more than friends and you're not and after awhile he'll whine that you're friendzoning him and no one likes that.
