Should I be honest to someone about liking them?
She is about to turn 16 and I just turned 17. The only problem is that I don't know if she likes girls.

Tell her how you feel. See her reaction. You rather find out sooner than later if she likes girls or not. I would just ask her. You won't know unless you try. If she does not like you in that way then you can move on . if she likes you that way. That's great. If you are embarrassed to ask her face to face text or call her on the phone and tell her that way. I hope it all works out for you.

@fluteacorn yes be honest with her. I know it's killing you inside to know if she likes girls or not. And if she does it will be such a relief for you to get it off your chest either way.
