I like myself, and I'm kind and forgiving to myself. Sometimes I get frustrated, but overall I'm good to myself. I don't believe in negative self talk. It's not good for confidence, self esteem or health. I strive to be a good person. I'm flawed, and I fail at times, but I try to be better the next day.
