Best way to get over heart break?

No contact with other person is a must...but what else....its been years since a heart broken....need advice please.

Just keep on processing as I see you are here. Good music helps... some angry, some wild, some soothing.

I would say you could be the poster-girl for SW, using it well, as it was intended I believe.
