Do you think males should be able to legally opt out of parenthood/child support?

I haven't heard of anyone who 'purposely' has a child when/if they don't want to take care of the child.

@WeighedDown Not sure why anyone would have a child if they don't want to take care of said child unless adoption is the choice, kinship, or the father takes custody
