Do you think males should be able to legally opt out of parenthood/child support?

Should females be able to?

If you want to opt out of responsibility, you should opt out of having a child

@WeighedDown Could you elaborate on what you mean, please?
WeighedDown · 41-45, M
@Phire1 I mean don't purposely have a child if you are not willing to take care of it. Not talking about abortion if that is what you thought
Phire1 · 51-55, F
@WeighedDown No, that is not what I thought of what you meant. I didn't know what you meant, so, I asked.
I haven't heard of anyone who 'purposely' has a child when/if they don't want to take care of the child.

@Phire1my son's mom
Phire1 · 51-55, F
@WeighedDown Not sure why anyone would have a child if they don't want to take care of said child unless adoption is the choice, kinship, or the father takes custody

@Phire1idk she did not intend to get knocked up so I guess that don't apply but drugs fucked her up all she really cares about now

@WeighedDown I'm sorry to hear that
