Younger guys tend to be.
The reason is that the male pubescent is a strange creature.
I mean one day he's into himself.....in a big way ! and then one day he notices a woman (of any age) probably wearing a top that accentuates (whether she knows it or not) her breast size.
Then boys do 'the comparison thing', and the next thing you know they think bigger is better. Possibly because by this time they figure out that there are photos/films/books/websites/magazines/etc. out there that deliberately promote such a thing.
As you grow up (and we do....eventually !) us boys often take a specific liking to a certain shape/size/look/idea in our minds.
But some of us get beyond that.

@PoizonApple hi. I am sorry you are grossed out. However where I come from the word pert means thus: of a person. Enthusiastic, fun, lively. Of clothing it means well fitting, attractive. Of breasts it means small, attractive. I cannot be held accountable for the perceptions in ur head. But I am sorry you got grossed out as I never intend to ever upset, offend anyone. Xx
