Do women want plastic surgery to make their husband want them ?

Janet Jacksons nose is literally nothing left but nostrils. I was just watching a movie of her with Tupac and her nose looked ok. Honestly I gained a lot of weight because I was stressed and sad my husband who really does do a lot for me and really has been really loyal told me my arms were beginning to get fat and he honestly told me he didn't like fat women. I'm 5'3 I don't carry fat well at all and I just wished that I could make myself thin overnight with plastic surgery but I decided to stop looking into surgery and gradually get the weight off and if my husband leaves me at least I will be healthy and confident and proud of myself for working hard to get in shape. I do feel sad that I don't look good dresses and I can't afford plus size clothes I'll just throw away and I can't afford surgery.
