it's tactics.. block the SOB and if that doesn't work talk to your phone provider..... then if that doesn't work, visit the local police and ask to talk to someone that you feel you are being stalked and are afraid and need help.

police won’t do anything about it. i’ve been through this and they don’t care unless your life is in obvious danger. once i got followed in the presence of an off duty police officer from another town- local police still would t do anything. @sighmeupforthat
