If someone here somany time Blocking you and unblock, what does it means????

Well maybe she does it for the same reason why I do it. I believe we should have the right to decide who can follow us on here . But no we cannot people can decide if the want to follow you and you have no say. Well actually we do have a say we can just block them and the can no longer follow you . Then unblock them so you can still talk to them if you want. Of course I could be doing something wrong.
