It sounds like shes trying to make HER life easier not yours .
I would have a open but friendly conversation with her but be firm and just tell her thanks but your not up for it ...period .

@1GHOST I agree with your points. I did try to say 'No' but she uses the 'guilt-tripping' of: "You are my best-friend, aren't you? What ever happened to, making me happy?" and also because the dude is her lovely (note the sarcasm) boyfriend's best-friend. The boyfriend is one year younger to be match-making my love life. (Really wishing I could say this to her that night)
