My boyfriend wants to meet me, and so do I, but I asked him do you want to meet today and he said I don't know, if the times right, I don't want to rush our time?

So my question is what does he mean by that?

monster007 - Not drunk, but perhaps tired. I guess I missed that she asked him.
But every male I have met and talked to - fears rejection on the first set of dates. If they are rushed, and only have so much time available between work/school/etc... maybe he just wants the time to not feel that anxiety of having to watch the clock... I dunno.
Oh, I gave up being drunk long ago. Friend's brother was kiled in a head on with a drunk driver... that knowledge will change you forever.
