Mayo throwing not ok. Every person is responsible for their actions and reactions.

Just because you are a bit angry and raise your voice a bit does not make those things aliright.

I lost my shit because between running back and forth to calm a Whiney teething baby and putting groceries away he burnt my grilled cheese, and then I remembered he forgot to pick up my antidepressants while at the store where the pharmacy is. I voiced my incredible frustration. Apparently I can't.
Earlier I had been trying to rush through making grilled cheesy roll ups, and he said I was doing it wrong. I gave up to put groceries away since he dropped them at the door and ignored putting anything away, ignored the cranky baby, and then I'm left with black grilled cheese, a still Whiney baby, and a crying 3 year old cuz daddy threw a jar of mayo, broke it, and then stormed out, slamming the door.
He apologized to our son. Not me. Says he did, but I "didn't hear him.".

Yea....I have gone through the same type of arguments...it is mind boggling...I have suggested some therapy for anger
