What do I do?

I think I rushed into a relationship, he's a sweet guy but I'm not sure if I'm ready to be in relationship again! What do I do!?

Just explain that to him. Tell him you aren't ready just yet and you'd like to take a step back. If he doesn't like that, then that's on him.
