What did I do wrong?

So yesterday I was suppose to go out of town with my girlfriend but plans on her end got changed last minute, and I ended up not being able to go because of that, my mom didnt want me to go because it would be awkward but i wasn't concerned about all that stuff.. I talked to her briefly on the phone last night and the vibe was off putting it just seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with me, i woke up this morning and i texted her, i didn't receive one back, i called her a few hours after that thinking that her phone was dead but that wasn't the case she blocked my number... is it something i did wrong? I don't understand... i don't think she's cheating on me.. i think she's trying to ignore the fact that i exist so she doesn't have to deal with me anymore.. im heart broken.. devastated
