A really bad place. You don't want to make the cut.

BlueMetalChick: I wouldn't follow anyone to such a place. I'm not sure everyone realizes how awful and scary Hell is. Hell is a place of constant torment, with no relief, forever and ever. While it is true, others will be there, none of them will keep each other company, nor be able to see each other. Not ever. They won't be talking, seeing, or partying with each other.
Ever been in a cave that is so dark you can't even see your hand if you hold it up before your face? Where it's impossible to see anything at all? That is called "outer darkness". Hell is a place of outer darkness. People who go there will be in total darkness, totally alone in that place, in that they will not be able to see, but may hear other's screaming. That is, if they can hear the screaming above their own.
Imagine how you felt when you had the worst nightmare ever. So bad, that you woke yourself up screaming in pure panic and terror. That is child's play compared to Hell. Nothing compares. A place where words could not even begin to describe, nor do justice. I'm thankful that doesn't have to be our fate. People can laugh at me and make fun. I honestly don't care. I tell those who will listen, about Jesus, because I don't want to see anyone go to Hell. People do have a choice, regardless of what they may think or feel, and what people decide to do, will actually be the most important decision they've ever made in their entire life, because that choice, determines where they shall spend eternity.
What people don't get, is that Jesus is not the bad guy here. He came to save people...not hurt them. If it weren't for his free gift of salvation, we'd all go to Hell. He provided a way out. We'd all be very foolish not to accept it. I want people to really understand and get the why of things. Salvation is so easily misunderstood and misinterpreted. God's not willing that any perish. That's why Jesus volunteered to come down from Heaven, become a living sacrifice and die on the cross, to pay for the sins of the world. Why? Because sin separates us from God. God is so Holy, he cannot even look on sin. Heaven would not even BE Heaven if sin were there. "Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission (forgiveness) of sin." Hebrews 9:22. Only someone who is sinless and pure could pay for sins with their blood. That left everyone on earth in a real fix. Destined for Hell. But Jesus loved us so much He volunteered to shed His precious blood so you and I could have our sins paid for, so we could have eternal life. If He gave His all, why can't we? This is a person who truly deserves our love and praise. Not ridicule, ungratefulness, nor mockery. This is a man who loved you and I so much, He laid down his very life. He didn't have to. He wanted to. He volunteered, and no man has ever suffered like Jesus did when he hung suspended on that cross, between Heaven and Hell. Did he deserve that? No. Yet He did it out of pure love, because He felt we were worth it. People can make fun of me, but they have no right to make fun of Jesus. "For God SO loved the world [me and you] that He gave His only begotten Son...that whosoever believes in Him [Jesus], shall never perish, but shall have the promise of everlasting life." John 3:16. It doesn't get better than that. That's the only way to Heaven. And even when people laughed, spit, and mocked Him, still...He called them his friends. "Greater love hath no man, than this, that He laid down His life for His friends." John 15:13. Are our hearts so cold we cannot see this? He's the best friend you'll ever have in this entire world. He loves each and every one of us unconditionally. He didn't just say it. He proved it.

Sulusuwakis- I'm really sorry people have hurt you. That makes me sad, too. I don't like that either. I'm sorry you feel this way. That has never been my intention, at all. Please consider that since I am a Christian, I try to follow God's instructions. Not because I have to, but because I want to. And...I don't have to, if I don't want to. It's my choice. But...because of my love for God, I want to. Jesus' wish was for his followers to go out and share with others, how he died on the cross for their sins, so they would know how to get to heaven. There's nothing bad about that. That's good news. So naturally, I want to share his message, as he asked, so others can know him, too. That's all it is. To share, not to force. Then what they do with that information is up to them. I am totally against forcing religion down someone's throat. I'm simply delivering God's message and commission. Religion gets messy and forces people. Totally unchristian like. I do not have "religion". I have a personal relationship with Jesus, my Savior. Big difference. It's really not about focusing on any one religion or denomination. God is Truth, and truth never changes, regardless of culture, denominations, or individual beliefs. It's about loving others regardless of their beliefs. I think you're special, and obviously very intelligent. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. I hope I never come across as being one of those awful people who bully people or try to scare them into placing their trust in Christ. They do much more harm than good. God meant that to be a free choice! I'm just the messenger. Sorry if I bothered you. Hugs! ❤

Sulusuwakis: I'm not forcing anything on anyone. To each his/her own. I'm simply offering information. People can do with it as they please. At least they won't be able to say no one told them, nor gave them the choice. It was Jesus who told his followers to go out and spread the Good News of salvation through Jesus, so people would have a way to Heaven. That's their choice, not mine. I'm just the messenger. Do as you please. If I'm wrong, I've lost nothing. But if I'm right, no excuse from those who ignored Christ and denied Him, will be good enough, nor hold up on Judgement Day. God gave us the bible, so we would know...not guess...how to have eternal life through Jesus, His son. One cannot lean to their own understanding. Scripture can only be understood after one is saved, and has the Holy Spirit to interpret it for them. That's why God's Word is foolishness to those who don't believe. They misinterpret it, because they don't have the Holy Spirit to interpret it for them. You're right! Religion controls...but God's grace sets us free. Anyone can have "Religion", but "religion" didn't suffer and die on the cross so all could be saved. Jesus did.
An accurate description of Hell is found in God's Word, for anyone interested in reading. It's anything but fun. Total darkness, no friend's, no parties.

Hell is a literal place of torment and punishment that lasts forever and ever, with no end. Praise God that, through Jesus, we can escape this eternal fate (John 3:16, 18, 36).
Sueisright · 31-35, F
No you haven't bothered me at all and your last message is very kind as your right to believe as you do,I'm not saying it's wrong only I don't believe that's all.
I think so many people feel like me because of the wrong people forcing things upon us which is actually a total backfire on there intentions as instead of gaining new people Intrested the in fact turn people further away.
Thankyou for your kind comments 😺

A terrible, terrible place
Having everything you want
I was brought up in a very religious family.. and I can say that religious people push their beliefs down your throat. I haven't been to church since I was 18.

Hell is the darkest place in your imagination.
Where every thing you imagine feels horribly real.
Emotional, psychological even physical pain are felt to a degree where there seems no escape. No respite.

It's why it's such a dying interest in religion as they just don't realise the more they force it upon us the less interest people have
Charlotte · 70-79, F
True. But when people ask questions, I must reply. When I do ask a question of a religious nature, I place it in that category.
Sueisright · 31-35, F
I'm not making fun of you I don't believe in a book of rubbish collected up to control people on mass like all religions. And to believe something that contradicts itself regularly, and dream time stories beyond stupidity, plus a book rewritten to quite a different way than its originals to make the control of people easier. Not to say I believe the older testament either.
I don't agree with forcing an opinion on others if you like something fair enough but why do so many need to inflict it upon others.
If I believed batman was true you'd laugh the same way I laugh.
Just because you believe some thing why do you think everyone else should believe the same?
For me if there is a heaven and hell I want to go where it's religion free so hell I am sure it's for me and because I'm there it will be fun.

No I don't believe that I just think that they harm themselves because they don't think there's a time and a place
DiamondInTheMud · 31-35, M
@sulusuwakis interesting point.
Charlotte · 70-79, F
dyinginside: When I think you're really sincere and interested, instead of showing disrespect, I'll do that.
Sueisright · 31-35, F
Still prefer hell away from preachers and others that try to force there opinions on others, especially when they believe a book that's less truth than the beano
Sueisright · 31-35, F
All I think Is if you go through life wasting it believing such things your gonna have a mega shock when arrive and theres zero nothing that's it full stop do not pass go do not collect 200 it's all over now baby blue
Charlotte · 70-79, F
Sulusuwakis: Yes! And you have a right to that belief, as you say.
It feels like people will get offended no matter how Christians present themselves.
